Goya Organic by Goya En España has been rec­og­nized with a Gold award at the 2025 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. This pres­ti­gious event is known for eval­u­at­ing and award­ing the high­est qual­ity olive oils from around the globe.

The Goya Organic brand is a prod­uct of Goya En España, a pro­ducer based in Spain. The com­pany spe­cial­izes in cre­at­ing a coupage using a blend of olive oils from dif­fer­ent vari­eties, specif­i­cally Hojiblanca and Picuda. These olives are care­fully selected and har­vested in south­ern Spain dur­ing late October, a time when their fla­vor and aroma are at their peak.

The result­ing extra vir­gin olive oil is char­ac­ter­ized by its com­plex blend of green fruit aro­mas, rem­i­nis­cent of fresh-cut grass, green toma­toes, and green apple. This com­bi­na­tion of scents con­tributes to an olive oil that bal­ances bit­ter­ness and spice, result­ing in a pleas­ant fla­vor pro­file.
