Oleastra is an extra vir­gin olive oil made in Tunisia by Viaraya. Oleastra is a mono­va­ri­etal oil, made only with the Chetoui vari­ety of olives.

Oleastra won a Gold Award at the 2021 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition and is listed in the Official Guide of the World’s Best Olive Oils.
