FAQ

What is olive oil?

Recent News

Well, technically speaking, olive oil is a liquid fat obtained from olives (the fruit of Olea europaea; family Oleaceae). If you crush a bunch of olives, you’ll get olive oil and some water. Gravity takes care of that — the oil will soon float to the top where it can be removed. That’s how simple olive oil really is.
